Movie Series at Museum of Flight Sundays in September
While not a NWSFS outing, we thought you would like know about it:
On Sundays in September, the Museum will transform its 268-seat, Dolby-surround sound William M. Allen Theater into a movie palace showing full-length space-themed features in honor of the opening of its new, permanent 6,000 sq.-ft. exhibit, Space: Exploring the New Frontier. The movie screenings are free with Museum admission.
The movies in the series are:
- The Right Stuff
- 2001: A Space Odyssey
- E.T.: The Extra-Terrestrial
- October Sky
General Museum admission is $14 for adults, $13 for seniors, $7.50 for youth ages 5-17. Free for ages 4 and under. The Museum of Flight is exit 158 from I-5. 9404 E. Marginal Way S., Seattle, WA 98108. 206-764-5720;
